Are your flowers real?

Nope! Our arrangements are made with high-quality faux florals and greenery. This allows you to enjoy beautiful wedding florals without worrying about wilting, weather, or the higher cost of fresh floral installations.
What areas do you serve?

Eden Florals is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and primarily serves couples and events throughout Grand Rapids and West Michigan. However, we have delivered to places as far as away as Lansing and are willing to travel farther! Just know that further distances will incur a higher delivery fee!
Can the arrangements be used outdoors?

Yes, many of our arrangements can be used outdoors. However, weather conditions—especially strong wind, rain, or storms—may affect whether an arch can safely be used outside. We always recommend having a backup plan for outdoor events.
How do I know whether my date is available?

The easiest way is to complete our Rental Interest Form. Send us your wedding or event date along with the florals you're interested in, and we'll confirm availability.
Can I customize the flowers or colors?

Some customization may be possible depending on the arrangement, your timeline, and the changes you're requesting. If you have a particular color palette or style in mind, send us your inspiration and we'll let you know what's possible.
What happens if something is damaged?

We understand that accidents happen. Customers are responsible for returning rental items in the condition they received them, excluding normal wear. If an item is lost or significantly damaged, additional repair or replacement charges may apply.
Do you set up the florals at the venue?

Setup may be available for certain rentals and events. If you'd like delivery and setup, include that in your inquiry and we'll let you know what options are available for your date.
