If you would like us to pick up/drop off or if you would like to do that yourself, and any other information that would be useful for us to know (outdoor/indoor event, add ons you are interested in, etc.) If you want us to deliver and pickup the arches, it will be $.50 per mile from our location in downtown Grand Rapids. We will calculate the delivery cost once we know the address of your venue and factor it into your total cost. Otherwise, you can choose to pick up/drop off yourself for free.

I agree that rentals are for a maximum three (3) day period, including delivery, use, and return. If the items are not returned on time, cannot be picked up as arranged, or are significantly damaged, I will be responsible for a replacement or late fee. I agree to take reasonable care of all rented items and ensure their timely return or availability for pickup. Note: Please be sure there aren't missing flowers at drop-off. If a few flowers fall off during transport, that is okay, but make sure they get put back in the arches. All arches will be checked for missing flowers, damage, or excessive wear, and any necessary fees will be applied.
